At Total Recall Consultation LLC, we primarily provide digital resources, educational materials, document review services, and consultations to help homeowners, condominium owners, and board members navigate Florida Statutes Chapters 718 and 720. However, for clients who prefer physical copies of our documents rather than digital downloads, we offer physical shipping services subject to the terms below.

1. Physical Document Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Optional Physical Copies: If a client orders a specific document, educational guide, template, or packet and prefers a physical, printed copy rather than a digital download, we can process and mail a hard copy upon request.

  • Client Responsibility for Shipping Costs: Clients ordering physical mailed materials are solely responsible for all shipping, postage, and handling costs.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, package weight, and chosen postage method at the time of order checkout or invoice generation. These fees are added to the total cost of the physical document and must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

 

2. Processing and Delivery Timelines

 

  • Processing Time: Orders requesting physical print and mail delivery are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Carrier Delivery: Delivery times depend on the carrier service and destination address. Total Recall Consultation LLC is not responsible for postal delays, carrier mishandling, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the client.

 

3. Important Note on Returns and Refunds

As outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, all printed and mailed documents are strictly non-refundable once they have been mailed. Because physical printing, handling, and postage costs are incurred immediately upon dispatch, we do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for shipped materials once placed in the mail.
