At Total Recall Consultation LLC, we strive to provide high-value educational seminars, guidance, and resources to help homeowners, condominium owners, and board members navigate Florida Statutes Chapters 718 and 720. Please review our updated refund and cancellation policies regarding seminars, digital documents, and printed mail documents below.

1. Educational Seminar Refund & Cancellation Policy

Total Recall Consultation LLC hosts educational seminars to help community association members understand their rights, governance procedures, and statutory responsibilities.

Pricing Structure

  • Online Advance Registration: $35.00 USD

  • At-the-Door Registration: $45.00 USD (subject to seating availability)

 

Cancellation and Refund Tiers

  • Full Refund Period (More than 14 Days Prior): Attendees who cancel their online seminar registration more than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled seminar date will receive a full refund of their registration fee. This gives attendees ample time to change their plans and provides us with enough notice to adjust our reservations and logistics.

  • Partial Refund Period (13 Days to 5 Days Prior): Attendees who cancel between 13 days and 5 days before the seminar will receive a partial refund (50% of the registration fee). This accommodates last-minute cancellations while still compensating for the costs incurred in planning the event.No Refund Period (Within 5 Days):

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the seminar, nor for no-shows. This policy covers last-minute expenses and commitments that cannot be undone.

  • At-the-Door Registrations: Walk-in registrations paid at the door ($45.00) are final and non-refundable upon purchase.

  • Event Cancellations by Total Recall Consultation LLC: If we must cancel or reschedule a seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be given the option of a full refund or a transfer of their ticket to the rescheduled date.

2. Digital Document & Resource Refund Policy

Total Recall Consultation LLC offers downloadable templates, educational guides, forms, and document review packets designed to assist homeowners and board members.

 

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products, guides, and templates, all purchases are strictly non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.

  • Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded from our website, we cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact our support team immediately, and we will ensure you receive your file.

 

 

3. Printed & Mailed Document Refund Policy

  • All Printed Mail Sales Are Final: All printed mail documents, hard-copy guides, physical packets, or mailed materials provided by Total Recall Consultation LLC are strictly non-refundable once they have been mailed.

  • Because physical production, handling, and postage costs are incurred immediately upon dispatch, we do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits once physical documents have been placed in the mail.
